§ 8-25. Collection of fees.

The city may recover all costs incurred in caring for any animal impounded, or held pursuant to or associated with the provisions of this article, including, but not limited to, the cost for necessary veterinarian care, euthanasia of any animal, surrender of any animal to the animal shelter, and impoundment administration. The fees shall be in addition to any fine imposed for violation of the provisions of this article. Fees shall be as set forth in the schedule of fees.
