§ 5-47. Wholesalers or distributors.

It is unlawful for any wholesaler or distributor, or agent or employee thereof, to sell or deliver CMBs within the city to persons authorized under this article to sell the same within this city, unless such wholesaler or distributor has first secured a license from this state authorizing such sale.
