§ 5-46. Change of location.

If a licensee desires to change the location of the licensee's place of business, the licensee shall make an application to the city council, showing the same information relating to the proposed location as in the case of an original application. Such application shall be accompanied by a fee, the amount of which shall be adopted by the city council as part of the city schedule of fees. If the application is in proper form, and the location is not in a prohibited zone and all other requirements relating to such new place of business are met, and upon surrender of the license for the previous location, a new license shall be issued for the new location for the balance of the year for which a current license is held by the licensee.
