§ 5-13. Responsibility for conduct of business and employees.

Each licensee or permit holder shall be responsible for the conduct of its business. Each licensee or permit holder shall be responsible for all violations of this chapter by the following people while on the licensed, permitted or event premises:
(1)

An employee of the licensee or permit holder;

(2)

An employee of any person contracting with the licensee or permit holder to provide services or food; and

(3)

Any person mixing, serving, selling or dispensing alcoholic liquor or CMBs.
