§ 5-12. Employee registration.

Every licensee and permit holder shall register with the city all employees who will mix, sell, serve or dispense CMBs or alcoholic liquor on forms supplied by the city clerk, within five days after each employee begins work for the licensee or permit holder and upon each renewal of a CMB, drinking establishment, club, or caterer's license or local temporary alcoholic liquor permit or local CMB special event retailer's permit.
