§ 59-178. Fee.

Latest version.

The fee for any moving permit issued hereunder shall be as set forth on the schedule of fees described in section 2-117 and no permits shall be issued until such fee has been paid to the city clerk. Such fee shall be deposited in the general fund of the city.
