§ 59-177. Notice of application.

The city clerk shall upon the filing of such application pursuant to the provisions of this division, give not less than 24 hours' notice to the persons owning or operating wires or poles which must be removed, cut, raised or otherwise interfered with, of the time and place of such actions.
