§ 47-245. List of street trees and prohibited trees.

  • (a)

    Except those trees described in this section, no species of tree may be planted as a street tree without prior written permission from the tree board. No such permission shall be granted for the planting of any tree specifically prohibited by subsection (b) of this section or prohibited by section 47-247.

    (1)
