§ 47-244. Planting near overhead utilities.

No trees other than those species defined as small trees in this article may be planted under or within 15 lateral feet of any overhead primary or secondary utility wire. No medium or large trees shall be planted under or within 30 lateral feet of any overhead primary or secondary utility wire.
