§ 71-29. Violations.

Latest version.

Any person violating this article shall be subject to a fine up to $500.00 per day. The payment of such fine notwithstanding, all such violators shall be subject to all other applicable provisions of this article to the fullest extent allowed by law, including, but not limited to, the payment of a franchise fee or the equivalent thereof, and indemnification of the city.
