§ 68-205. Enforcement authority.

The chief of police shall establish, distribute and cause the enforcement of reasonable rules and regulations for wrecker or towing services, subject to the provisions of this chapter, as from time to time he deems appropriate for the safety, well-being and protection of citizens and their property within the city.
