§ 5-221. Issuance of local temporary alcoholic liquor permit.

Upon presentation to the city clerk of a state temporary permit and local temporary alcoholic liquor permit application, payment of the local temporary alcoholic liquor permit fee and a determination that the proposed location for use of the temporary permit does not conflict with or violate any city zoning or alcoholic beverage ordinances, the city clerk shall issue a local temporary alcoholic liquor permit to the applicant for the period covered by the state license.
