§ 5-218. Permit required.

It is unlawful for any person granted a temporary permit by this state to offer for sale, sell or serve within the corporate city limits any alcoholic liquor authorized by such state permit without having in such person's possession a valid, unexpired and unrevoked local temporary alcoholic liquor permit issued by the city.
