§ 5-195. Notice of operation.

  • Prior to any event at which a caterer will sell or serve alcoholic beverages by the individual drink within the city limits, the caterer shall provide written notice to the chief of police at least five days prior to the event. The notice shall contain the location, name of the group sponsoring the event, a clear description of the event premises which shall be in enough detail that the event premises are identifiable, the exact date and times the caterer will be serving, disclosure of all personnel who will be mixing or dispensing alcoholic liquor at the event, and the estimated number of individuals participating in the event.
