§ 5-189. License required.

It is unlawful for any person licensed by this state as a caterer to offer for sale, sell and serve alcoholic liquor for consumption on unlicensed premises, which may be open to the public, within the city, without having in such person's possession a valid, unexpired and unrevoked caterer's license issued by the city
