§ 5-154. License application.

Latest version.

Any person desiring to secure a license or renew an existing license under the provisions of this article shall make a verified application with the city clerk upon a form provided by the city clerk. Such application shall be accompanied by the biennial license tax required by section 5-155 and a copy of the private club license issued by this state.
