§ 5-121. License application.

Latest version.

Any person desiring to secure a license or renew an existing license under the provisions of this article shall make a verified application with the city clerk upon a form provided by the city clerk. Such application shall be accompanied by the biennial license tax required by section 5-122 and a copy of the drinking establishment license issued by this state.
