§ 5-83. Issuance of license.

Latest version.

Upon application to the city clerk, presentation of a state license and payment of the city biennial license tax, and a determination that the proposed location of the retail establishment does not conflict with or violate any city zoning or alcoholic beverage ordinances, the city clerk shall issue a local alcoholic liquor retailer's license for the period covered by the state license. This license period shall extend for the period covered by the state license.
