§ 5-53. Penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
