§ 5-15. Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise specifically provided shall, upon conviction of any such violation, be fined not to exceed $500.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment, unless otherwise stated herein.
