§ 56-12. Collection requirements.

(a)

Collection Frequency:

(1)

Single-family and two-family residential collection: Residential solid waste collection shall occur not less than one (1) time for each calendar week.

(2)

Multifamily residential; commercial; and industrial collection: Multifamily residential, commercial, and industrial solid waste collection frequency shall be as necessary to prevent overfilling or the creation of fire hazards or health or nuisance conditions and to maintain the premises in a safe and clean condition, but in no circumstance less than one time for each calendar week.
