§ 47-160. Violations.
(a)
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article may be charged with a violation of this Code, provided, that nothing herein shall be construed to deny the authority of the director of parks and recreation or his designee, to exclude a person therefrom whose conduct is not in accordance with the rules governing the operation of the community center.
(b)
A listing of specific rules governing the operation of the community center shall be reviewed as necessary by the park and recreation advisory board.
