§ 44-271. Prohibitions—Parking, storing or depositing inoperable vehicle.

Except as provided in section 44-273, it is unlawful for any person, partnership, corporation, or his, or its agent, either as owner, lessee, tenant or occupant, of any lot or land within the city, whether public or private, to park, store or deposit, or permit to be parked, stored or deposited thereon, an inoperable vehicle, unless it is enclosed in a garage or other building.
