§ 44-4. Locking minors in vehicles.

  • It is unlawful for any adult person to lock a minor child in an unattended vehicle which is likely to cause the minor to be placed in a situation in which his life, body, or health may be injured or endangered, unless the minor child has the present ability to release himself from such vehicle.
