§ 2-2. City seal.

(a)

The seal of the city in the form on file in the office of the city clerk, impressed hereon, is hereby adopted as the official seal of the city.

(b)

The city clerk shall keep the city seal safe and in his possession during his term of office, and deliver it to his successor when such successor has been duly appointed and qualified.
