§ 23-63. Penalty.

Violation of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 and imprisonment of a term not to exceed six months, or both fine and imprisonment. Any fine or term of imprisonment imposed by the court shall be in addition to any and all fees which have been assessed against the alarm user pursuant to section 23-61.
