§ 17-196. Stay of proceedings generally.

(a)

An appeal may be taken to the district court of the county, from the municipal court as follows:

(1)

By the accused person in all cases; and

(2)

By the city upon questions of law.

(b)

The appeal shall stay all further proceedings upon the judgment appealed from.
