§ 17-23. Compensation for judge pro tem and prosecutor pro tem.

  • (a)

    In the event the municipal judge recuses himself from a municipal court matter due to a conflict of interest, a municipal judge pro tem shall receive as compensation for services performed as presiding judge the sum of $65.00 per hour or an hourly amount negotiated by the municipal judge as approved by the mayor.

    (b)

    In the event the city prosecutor recuses himself from a municipal court matter due to a conflict of interest, a prosecutor pro tem shall receive as compensation for legal services the sum of $45.00 per hour or an hourly amount negotiated by the city attorney as approved by the mayor.
