§ 14-182. Transfer of licenses; other licenses and fees.

No massage therapist license shall be transferable and such authority as a license confers shall be conferred only on the licensee named therein. Any applications made, fees paid and licenses obtained under the provisions of this division shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any other fees, permits or licenses required to be paid or obtained under any other ordinances of the city.
