§ 14-31. Due date and penalty for late payment.

All occupational licenses that are required to be obtained from the city are due January 1 of each year and shall be delinquent on January 15 of the licensing year. If such delinquency occurs, a monthly delinquent charge equal to one-twelfth of the license fee shall be assessed retroactive to January 1 of the licensing year for administrative service in addition to the regular occupational licensing fee.
