§ 14-1. Applicability.

This chapter shall apply to business entities within the city in addition to provisions of other chapters of this Code addressing specific types of business establishments. Unless otherwise specifically provided, in the event of conflict between provisions of this and other chapters, the specific provision shall prevail over the general and the more stringent regulation shall apply over the lesser restrictive.
