The board of structure appeals shall have jurisdiction to hear and decide appeals
where it is alleged that there is error in any order, requirement, decision or any
other determination made by the community development director, in the enforcement
of international building, plumbing and mechanical codes and any other codes and ordinances
related to construction or buildings adopted by the city which make reference to an
appeals board. The board of structure appeals shall have such other duties as may
be directed from time to time by the city council.
